Here we encountered this beautiful, lovely and intelligent lady- Mrs. Suhasini Haider, Foreign Editor, CNN IBN. She arrived, interacted with us and explained many of the things about the field of journalism, especially the pros and cons. She also talked about her experience of twenty years in the media industry, the sacrifices she made, the problems she faced and so on and so forth. It seemed to be a journey of the "never ending" ups and downs.
The most essential thing she told us was to look for our own interest. It is indeed necessary to know our field of interest. Unless and until we are clear about what interests us the most, we are "good for nothing" people. Because taking our interest as a job is fun. And in the end, all we expect from this life is fun and happiness.
Well, its really fortunate to be a part of the APEEJAY INSTITUTE OF MASS COMMUNICATION where we get a chance to meet such amazing and wonderful people. Looking forward to meet more of them.
