Just stop and look at the people around you for a while. You will find that most of them are busy making money or rather running after it losing all the contentment from their heart and smiles vanishing from their faces. After all, life is all about money. How can one forget- "The whole thing is that ki bhaiaya, sabse bada rupaiya.'
The one who has money, earns respect, possess a status and has the right to control almost anything in this world, like it happened in the case of journalist Jagendra Singh who was burnt alive in District Shahjahanpur because he dared to report his facts right, which is actually his job. So, this is one of the negative aspects of possessing 'wealth' and not money .
It's indeed difficult to decide whether people work to earn money or they just run after it in the name of work. Every other person is working for countless number of hours just for the sake of money. There is hardly any time left for self, so that they can realise what actually they are doing with their life. Money is a need for life and thus they can't refuse working for it. They should not either. The only thing is that they should know how to differ between earning and running after it.
Apart from money, there is another factor behind being part of a particular organisation and working there. I call it passion, most of you might be familiar with the word. There are people who work continuously for endless days and nights without even caring for the fact whether they would get any extra pay or not. A large number of people call it foolishness but then maybe they don't have enough courage to feel this word called passion.
Passion is the only thing that would prompt you to work harder again and again. If one doesn't possess it, there is hardly any way to success. Barely earning money and being successful are poles apart. Anything can get you money, but passion is the only thing that will take you to your real destination, in case you have thought of one. And reaching there, you will laugh like anything with all that charm on your face and that beautiful aura of success will be all around you. All your foolish deeds will be praised and your passion will feel happy and satisfied.
As one of my friends once said- "Do more than work, passion." This one little statement has a huge meaning behind it, if one could read between the lines.
